The room featured a large window that let in a good amount of natural light, creating a bright atmosphere. Spacious with contemporary design elements, it was a pleasant entry point before setting off on adventures.
The parking situation wasn't ideal, requiring a 5-10 minute trek to find a free spot, which can be a pain when dragging luggage. Appliances and cupboards in the breakfast room could use a thorough cleaning, and the breakfast supplies were lacking-no plates or mugs available when I was there. If you're a light sleeper, you might find the single bed squeaky enough to wake the dead, which wasn't great for my rest.

Comfortable beds helped, but the unclean bathroom was disappointing.

Perfect spot for city adventures!
We had a fabulous three-night stay! Super close to BT Murrayfield for the Harry Styles concert and just a short walk to Haymarket and the zoo. The standard king room was comfy, but the shower pressure could’ve been better. Breakfast at the café nearby was delish too!

Family with children, worth every penny
Had a great stay here! The room was super comfy for me and my boys, we totally enjoyed the coffee machine in the room each morning. And man, they left Haribo for the kids, they were over the moon with that.

The location was one of the best parts of our stay, as it allowed us to easily access the city center in about 20 minutes on foot. The room itself was quite spacious, which was a nice surprise for our family. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the availability of fresh towels during our stay. it was a bit frustrating that our beds weren’t made during housekeeping visits. it was a comfortable stay, particularly for enjoying local attractions.

The central location made walking to the nearby Murrayfield Stadium easy. The communal areas had fresh, new carpets that added a nice touch. My Comfort Quadruple Room was spacious and clean, giving a comfortable atmosphere. The quick response from the manager during my stay was much appreciated. check-in was a bit late, which was frustrating after traveling. The hot water situation was inconsistent, available only in the mornings. It made showering inconvenient whenever I returned in the evening. While I enjoyed my time here, a few more staff members could improve the overall experience.

The Comfort Triple Room was quite spacious and looked decent. They had nice refreshment options like tea, coffee, and snacks available, which was a nice touch. I expected the worst with the pillows since that was a big complaint in reviews, but they provided an extra one, so it wasn't too bad. Just a heads up, the front door lock is a bit confusing, but they sent a helpful video on how to use it, which was cool.

A Disappointing Experience
I had a troubling stay where security felt nonexistent. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was unsettling, and the lack of staff made it worse. I had hoped for a smooth process but ended up feeling unsafe as a solo traveler.
